Many people asks themselves... Am I a leader? Do I have the right to call myself a leader? Am I worthy enough to be a leader to my members?... Most people don't have the confidence to be a leader... I should say I am one of them... You can't expect me to be a leader because I don't have much confidence in myself... but I know that if I worked real hard... one day I will become a leader...
On the Leadership Style Survey... I've got a score of 24-39-39... where I have 24 pts. on being an "Authoritarian" and both 39 pts. for being a "Participative" and "Delegative" kind of leader...
But I should say that among the 3 Styles... being a participative leader is the best... A great leader can never be great without his trusted crew or members... No one is perfect... I myself ain't perfect... but we can always strive for perfection and excellence ^^
